Refund Policy
All items listed as "thrifted" or that fall under the "thrifted items" and "mystery bags" unfortunately do not qualify for refunds due to the nature of the items and the conditions. Please pay special attention to size and condition details before making the purchase.
For items listed as "New" do qualify for a refund if the item is returned to us in the same sate that it was delivered to you, without any defects, and within 7 days of receiving it. We will only accept the return if the product description was not accurate from our part and does not correspond to the product or we gave you the incorrect size from the one you ordered.
All new items that contain customizations unfortunately can not be returned and do not qualify for returns.
Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost of sending the item back. Please ensure to track the parcel through your selected courier to ensure that the parcel does not get lost on its way back to us, as we are not liable for lost returns.
Once we receive the product in its orignial and unaltered form, we will process the refund back to your account via eft. The refund could take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
